Functional Fabric Fair Summer New York 2024 —powered by PERFORMANCE DAYS® — is a trade-exclusive event showcasing the latest trends in fabric development for the functional textile industry and provides an opportune marketplace in the United States for the sourcing of high performance functional fabrics and accessories.
The fair is open – free of charge – to verified designers, product, purchasing or material managers looking to source fabrics and accessories for sportswear, workwear, sportive fashion and athleisure apparel.

RX and Functional Fabric Fair Summer 2024 New York strive to create and maintain an environment where all people are treated with dignity, decency and respect. As such, we expect ALL parties attending participating in any Functional Fabric Fair Summer 2024 New York event, including but not limited to, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees, to behave appropriately at all times throughout the year and uphold the commitments outlined herein.
Functional Fabric Fair has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for unwelcome conduct of any kind including, but not limited to:

- offensive verbal comments

- sustained disruption of presentations and other events

- hate symbols
in relation to, but not limited to:
- race
- color
- national origin
- gender
- gender identity
- gender presentation
- sexual orientation
- marital status
- age
- body size
- disability
- appearance
- religion
- citizenship
- pregnancy
If a person engages in prohibited behavior at any time, Functional Fabric Fair Summer New York staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from Functional Fabric Fair with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE participating in a Functional Fabric Fair event. Exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, volunteers, and security are ALL subject to our Anti-Harassment Policy.
Anyone can report harassment to Functional Fabric Fair Summer 2024 New York staff at any time. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately contact security or Functional Fabric Fair staff or reach out to us at our Conduct, Health & Safety phone number posted throughout the show.
