Weaving:
Winding:
- Winding process which helps transfer yarn into a convenient form of package, containing long length yarn used to make the fabric.
Warping:
- Warping is the first step of fabric manufacturing process. It is the parallel winding of multiple yarns to make the desired fabric pattern.

Soft flow Dyeing:
- Textile fabrics can be dyed using batch, continuous or semi continuous process. The vigorous agitation of fabric and dye formulation in the cloth increase the dyeing rate and uniformity. Basically for coarser / heavy fabrics.
Cabinet Yarn dyeing:
- Technique of coloring the yarns in the hank form in short cycle time. The dye liquor in these machines moves while the yarn remains stationary.
Continuous Bleaching Range:
- The processes of pre-treatment of textiles like Singeing, de-sizing, scouring and bleaching are combined thereby minimizing energy consumption and reducing the number of operations.
Mercerizing:
- Used predominantly for cellulosic material to give lustre. This process helps to increase the surface area and reflectance and gives good hand feel.
Rotary printing:
- Can print upto 12 colors across all pigment, reactive and discharge qualities.
Cold Pad Batch Dyeing:
- Relatively close to waterless dyeing concept, more environment friendly method to color the light weight fabrics.
Stentering with Coating facility:
- It is done to recover the uniform width of the fabric. It also helps to control the skewness in both the directions.
- Coating facility ensures value additions like fire retardant finish, water repellent, acrylic coating
Sanforizing:
- An anti-shrinkage finishing process to prevent dimensional alteration of fabrics.
ETP:
- 100% Biological RO effluent treatment plant which helps to recycle 90% of the water used in the processing and evaporator with crystallizer technology recovers the salt added during the processing and to re-use the same.
