Electronically cleared, spliced and autoconed cotton combed / compact yarn from 5s to 80s and 2/20s to 2/100s are our major and regular raw materials.

We also use special yarns like Melange yarns, Organic cotton yarns, cotton / polyester blend yarn, cotton / viscose blend yarn, cotton / polyester blend yarn, Lycra yarn, Modal yarn, Flax yarn, Metallic yarn, Indigo dyed yarn, Sulphur dyed yarn.

We have full-fledged Effluent Treatment Plant purify waste water from our process and recycle 99.5% of water we use.

By Installation and maintenance of High Technological equipments and strict adherence of Tamilnadu Pollution Control Board norms, Arthanari Loom Centre Textile Pvt. Ltd. (ALC) always achieve ZLD, Zero Liquid Discharge.

In addition, we Recover and Reuse upto 70% of salt used in Dyeing. We also save and reuse 5 Million Kilocalories of heat energy daily.
